Just now recovering from the rush of having the lovely Lela Rose and legions of her fans at our place last night. Between Lela, Stitch (her cutie pup), the food, the brides, the music, the margaritas, the flowers, the macarons and the dresses, we spent all day recovering and taking bridesmaid appointments. Here are a few pics of the night — I don’t think the rain kept even one guest away!
Lela and her shoe collection. Every girl should have a shoe collection, I say!
A most beautiful still-life flower arrangement by the Green Vase. I loved it so much I kept moving it around to make sure it caught the best light.
The crowd loved the dresses, as did the many editors in attendance. The new collection is the best one, I think.
served pitcher-perfect 😉 margaritas, and gracious hors d’oeuvres.
Everyone was vying for the attention of our bridesmaid ladies, Kristen and Elyse.
When the crowd got thick, Lela’s pup was safest in this pretty dress display.
The Macaron Parlour
was “sold out” by the end of the night. Not a macaron left.
The model in a new model for spring!
I loved that Lela noticed that the margaritas had fresh lime (just as she likes it) and was sweetened with honey. A true connoisseur.
All brides placing orders with the Wedding Library by next Thursday will receive a free pashmina, for those ordering 6 dresses or more, each bridesmaid will receive one too! What a perfect gift.
